get_iplayer 2.92 on Ubuntu vivid vervet

Hi Jon
I'll try and test it. I'm on trusty (LTS) at the moment - I run it in
a VM so I'll snapshot it and upgrade it
Do you have a preferred test environment?
Anything you need me to specifically test?
