Atomic Parsley Update

I also noticed a long pause while 2.87 was trying to download Atomic
Parsley. (This was updating from 2.86.)
Checking the installation, GIP seems to have Atomic Parsley version
0.9.6-hg109.9183fff907bf (utf16) and the file dates are for 27/06/2014 so
I guess it wasn't actually updated if there is a later version.
