Hello :-)

The following video programme:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b04mh3sr/sounds-of-the-80s-spandau-ballet

was/is "Red Button" only, it's a "visualised" version of the second half of
the following BBC Radio 2 show:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b04ksl4f/

I did a quick search:

get_iplayer "Sounds of the 80s"

that resulted in
"0 Matching Programmes",
so I went on to record the video via --pid=b04mh3sr.

However, when I did a radio search to record
the audio (radio) programme:

get_iplayer --type=radio "Sounds of the 80s"

I was astonished to find the "video" show
within the audio results:

12620: radio, Sounds of the 80s - Spandau Ballet, BBC Radio 2, Classic Pop &
Rock,Music,TV

Indeed, get_iplayer -i 12620 reveals pid: b04mh3sr (= of the video file).

get_iplayer --force -g 12620 --modes=best --raw

FAILS, because GiP searches for radiomodes, not tvmodes.
I have to explicitly ask for --modes=flashhigh for the command to work.

Is this a c*ck-up on the beeb's side or a misinterpretation of
metadata by GiP?
Of course, the PID method is a cure-all, but still...

Regards,
Vangelis.
