Another download issue.

I have followed the instructions to download and copy the new version 
of get_iplayer.pl, twice, but receive the following error when I try to 
run it:

Files/get_iplayer/lib .) at get_iplayer.pl line 74.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at get_iplayer.pl line 74.

==============================================================

Windows 7 32bit.

Please note that I shall be away from my PC for a few days, this is 
FYI.
