pid recursive use?

Here's an example:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/p026vg04 is the page that lists
all episodes for Life Story and the pid for this 'series' or 'brand'
page is P026vg04

get_iplayer --pid p026vg04 --pid-recursive

will inspect that series/brand page, identify individual program pids,
and then download each program it finds that is available.
