Episode numbering isn't working (for me) with a programme *in* the cache:

834|tv|Horizon|b039grrx|Unknown|2013-2014: Dinosaurs: 4. The Hunt

Produced filename:

Options file has "fileprefix <senum>.<episodeshort>.<pid>".

OK for use with XBMC/thetvdb.com it's needs changing to s2013e13 anyway but 
it's not picking up the 4 that is in the cache.
