Episode Numbering not working

I refreshed from Git about an hour ago and all my episodes are downloading as episode "01" - for example http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0295tgm -> Foo_Fighters.s01e01.Sonic_Highways_Washington_DC.b04n8wl5.bbc_gip.mp4
