[ANN] get_iplayer 2.89 released

I've noticed that the last two Windows installers I have run, for 2.87 
and 2.90, have both for some reason thought I had VLC 2.06 installed and 
wanted to upgrade it to 2.15, whereas on both occasions I already had 
2.15 installed...
