Dude, where's my programmes

After several years with only a couple of hiccups, found today that PVR programmes hadn't downloaded, appeared to be that only non-national channels were in the cache.  Tried several refreshes, no joy. Tried a --refresh of tv and radio with debug, extract follows ...

Etc etc, except for 'signed' which picked up 70 programmes.  similar story for radio - only picked up some progs from guernsey

Any ideas?
