I would have guessed that media streaming would bypass the Unblock-Us 
DNA rigmarole since your initial report indicated that rtmpdump got a 
bit further in the connection process, but maybe that is not the case. 
It could be blocked on the CDN side, but only a guess. I'm well beyond 
the limits of my knowledge here.
