problem with atomicparsley and windows 64 bit

Well that worked....thanks!
Seems there is a problem with atomic parsley running on 64 bit windows. There are a bunch of workarounds that would mean making edits to the way it's called from get_iplayer, but your suggestion (which I couldn't see for the life of me) fixed it fine.
