I'm fairly sure that any "-headers" argument will be ignored. 
--hls-liveradio-opts only applies to ffmpeg output, not input, so their 
only practical use is tweaking the re-muxing/encoding.  I've amended the 
help text accordingly.  I may remove those options before next release. 
  I only put them in as a backup in case the BBC implemented some screwy 
streams at some later day, but that isn't much of a use case.
