Looking through the last episodes, it appears each is made available for
a week - the previous one having 8 hours remaining until tonight's show.

I tested it and it downloads fine using: get_iplayer --PID b03b8rxk

It would be logical to conclude that tonight's show would also be
provided in this manor.
