My unscientific survey suggests that the files have changed slightly. 
The number of reference frames used to encode flashhd has changed from 6 
to 3, flashvhigh from 4 to 3, flashhigh from 4 to 2.  The AVC profile 
for flashvhigh has changed from Main at 3.0 to Main at 3.1. Maybe one of those 
changes can't be digested by the Sony TV codecs for some reason.  I 
would have thought fewer reference frames would make it more likely a 
hardware codec would work.  No problems with newer files on Apple TV 3 
or Humax DVR.
