The header info I see suggests that the OP actually sent the e-mail at 
14:51, but their originating PC is set to Pacific Daylight Time, which 
was 07:51.

Not sure if this is an issue relating to their PC, the route the mail 
followed, or the list - but it does make things slightly confusing!
