Feature Request - PVR run downloads radio before TV

If you look in the Wiki here:

...you can use --outputtv and --outputradio to specify the output
folders for each download type. You can add the command to your
preferences if you want it to default to these folders.

I believe if you use the standard --output command on a case by case
basis it will override the above setting.
