Not picking up available HD stream

You can insert "/hd/" in the URL and the iPlayer site will generate a 
page, but that doesn't mean there is a working media stream to go with 
it.  If you look at the SD iPlayer page for that episode, you'll see 
there is no "Watch in HD" link, which would normally be there if an HD 
stream were available.
