Not picking up available HD stream

Hi,

Have found a potential bug. Sometimes the BBC seem to choose to not
display an available HD stream of a given programme even though it is
available. In these situations get_iplayer doesn't pickup that a
higher quality version is available even if the HD URL is input. For
instance The Fall episode 2
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01sl60b/The_Fall_Episode_2/)
doesn't appear to have an HD version available but if you go to
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01sl60b/hd/The_Fall_Episode_2/
it is accessible. It has the same id but also has an extra directory
in the address.
