Option Request: user can toggle on/off atomicparsley --artwork

Can an option be added so that the user can choose not to have
downloaded thumbnails automatically embedded into m4a?  At the moment I
can edit the get_iplayer script itself (which means having to remember
to do it with any update) but it would be nice to be able to
add to ~/.get_iplayer/options something like

embed_art 0

or similar.

Reasons:

My ~/.get_iplayer/options contains

thumb 1

I do want a thumbnail but definitely don't want it muxed into m4a files
by AtomicParsley as with some audio/multimedia players it's better to
use an accompanying image file.
