[PATCH] update radio urls

Currently writing this on a very hot laptop, outside temp is 33 C now (local 
time 21:30) !
 In the recent days, when I was running:

get_iplayer -f --refresh-future --type=radio

I got in the beginning a maltitude of lines (WARNINGS), all stating 
something like the
following:
....
WARNING: Failed to get programme schedule feed for kent/programmes/schedules 
from iplayer site
(repeated 4x)
....

I immediately thought that Jon's patch (thanks Jon) would be the cure of 
this, so prior to composing this mail:

1. I ran
get_iplayer -f --refresh-future --type=radio > FutureRadio.txt
2. Edited out manually FutureRadio.txt to FutureRadio-edit.txt
3. Attached FutureRadio-edit.txt to mail.

I then applied manually Jon's patch and repeated above procedure, i.e.

1. I ran
get_iplayer -f --refresh-future --type=radio > FutureRadio-patched.txt
2. Edited out manually FutureRadio-patched.txt to 
FutureRadio-patched-edit.txt
3. Attached FutureRadio-patched-edit.txt to mail.

As you can hopefully see, I still get a lot of the warnings, though this 
time they are less in number
and for different stations.
Is what I see a fault on my part (e.g. I missed a previous GIP patch) or a 
fault on the BBC's servers?
FWIW, when I run
get_iplayer --type=radio -f
with/without Jon's patch, I do not get such warnings...
