Wiki page: Overriding SWF player URL and restoring BBC downloads

I have created a wiki page with instructions and necessary command for 
overriding the SWF player URL in get_iplayer and restoring BBC 
downloads.  The command should be in a format more friendly to copy and 
paste to a command prompt (no crafty space hiding in the line break!)
