Incorrect. All Radio Downloader did was provide an easy scheduled way
of downloading the UK-only stream directly to one's own computer, and
then automatically converting to mp3.
This is the same wma stream available from links via things like
iplayerconverter, beebobodge or beebotron.

Although it's too late to try now, if you had an overseas VPN and
tried Downloader, you'd have found it didn't work.
