Converting flv to mp3 automatically

My brother has the raw option set as default in the prefs, as his PC
is too slow to handle doing the conversion of video.

However, this causes radio programmes to be left as flv as well and
he'd like to have those auto-converted to mp3. Is there a way
(preferably using the Web PVR Manager but otherwise an option on the
end of the commandline) to achieve this?
