My mistake - I made a massive screw-up in my test script.  I retract 
that earlier message - R3 catch-up streams include 320k.  I thought they 
sounded better than 128k on the iPlayer site.  I guess I should believe 
my ears.

So, to correct: R3 metadata lists 320k, 128k and 48k live streams but 
you get 320k, 192k, and 48k.  R3 catch-up metadata lists 128k and 48k 
streams, but you get 320k and 48k.
