Not as such. You can use the history file
($HOME/.get_iplayer/download_history) to see everything you've
downloaded, but it will include recent programmes as well as anything
you may have deleted earlier. Download times in the history file are in
unix timestamp format, but there are numerous sites that provide
calculators to convert to calendar dates and vice versa. The history
file is in chronological order, so once you find the entry nearest to
the 30-day mark, all previous entries would have been candidates for
deletion.
