My cache was stale, which is why that programme still showed up in the 
search results. Sorry for the wild goose chase. I haven't used the web 
pvr in a while.

It looks like the URL changes for the new iPlayer radio site don't agree 
with Quick URL downloading.  This came up in an earlier thread but 
slipped my mind.  As Don points out above, you can still use the old URL 
format with Quick URL.
