ERROR: RTMP_Connect0 failed to connect socket 10060 (Unknown error)

Many thanks to everyone involved in helping to resolve the above
issue.  As suggested, It does appear to be a local problem peculiar to
my connection.  I'll monitor the situation and report back if
pertinent to get_iplayer.
