Sorry - my mistake. I took the configure line from an old writeup I
did and forgot to remove the libfaad reference:

I believe libfaad is no longer required (because libfaac now covers
everything libfaad did?)

Your compile should run fine without it, and you can remove
libfaad-dev if necessary.
