get_iplayer on Synology 211+

Hi all.

I've managed to sort get_iplayer and the web front end on my Synology 
211+ NAS. All works really well :)

Once I got all the tools installed, it needed a bit of faffing with ssl 
library versions to get rtmpdump compiled and I had to compile up 
ffmpeg. It was all fairly straight forward though.

Instructions are a bit much for this email, but if anyone wants to know 
how then drop me an email.
