You appear to be missing a competent maintainer.  oops.

Sorry everyone, I copied the get-iplayer package across from -testing,
but failed to copy the dependencies.  I've done that now.

You should now find that ppa:jon-hedgerows/get-iplayer works with
12.04/precise.
