Ubuntu 12.04 and get_iplayer?

Use instead: ppa:jon-hedgerows/get-iplayer-testing

Last word from Jon on the list was that he would eventually move the 
12.04 package over to ppa:jon-hedgerows/get-iplayer, but use the above 
for now.  I've been using it with beta 2 and release 12.04 and it seems 
to work fine.  If you want to wait for the PPA to be consolidated, you 
may be able to use the Ubuntu get-iplayer package unless you need some 
particular features from the PPA version, which is newer.
