Clips downloaded by Get_iPlayer are all 'tagged' a thumbnail of iPlayer's grayscale image. This can be fixed by changing $thumbnail_prefix to 'http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/images/clip' for this case. Best wishes, Dean (@xslidian)
