After windows re-install pvr mode not working

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this issue.  I re-installed
my PC and re-installed get_iplayer from the windows installer and now
when running get_iplayer --pvr-run it does not perform any of the
searches, or appears not to.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, 12 Gig RAM and I windows is installed in
"W" as opposed to "C", here is example output:

Do I need to set localfilesdirs?  I can't remember if I had it set on
my old install, I've had a look online but so far I can't see that I
need it set.

Any suggestions welcome!
