Channel 4 - downloads

Video Downloadhelper seems to respond to C4. I tried downloading the
opening ceremony but oddly it's dropdown list is continually adding
the same title to the list at regular intervals (1 sec or so). A
direct download only saved a small 500KB file with a .f4f extension.
There is a download & convert option but I've yet to try it as it
requires 1) a separate download & 2) payment for the converter unless
of course you don't mind a logo plastered over your vid.
