Channel 4 - downloads

I've been using FreeStudioManager from here
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm for a while to
download YouTube video's. I delete the executable to the added
optional extras (Ask Toolbar etc) and it's great for a freebie. I
asked a while back about the ability to download C4/C5 and ITV but
found the only stuff worth watching was on C4 and even it was only
dispatches and a couple of other things and that was it. I found that
C4 uploaded all it's documentaries and similar stuff to YouTube and
haven't looked back but didn't want to make it to popular because C4
might pull all that content, and stop doing it.
