Olympic ceremonies

On both the opening and closing ceremonies (hd version) I seem to have
a problem with the final file. The filename ending is
'default.partial.mp4.flv' and although the file seems ok to play it
won['t seek so I know something has gone wrong, possibly the header is
corrupt or doesn't contain the length information.

None of my other efforts have this problem although much shorter and
some aren't HD. The filenames end with 'default.mp4'. I presume the
default partial is how it begins and changes when the video finalises
going from flv to mp4.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
