How to download the Authors Live embeds

I am trying to download some of the Authors Live webcasts on the BBC
Scotland site (E.g.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/learning/authorslive/james_mayhew/)

Having extracted the URL from the Embed code I have tried the
following command which does not work:

C:\Program Files (x86)\get_iplayer>get_iplayer
--url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlist/p00gxm28 --pid-recursive

Any suggestions on how to get this file?
