Can't get programme list

Most of the time, but not always, running get_iplayer without options
fails to make a list of programmes with the following message:

WARNING: Failed to get programme index feed for parliament from iplayer site

I've tried using --channel One and --exclude parliament, but the same
thing happens.

Just occasionally it does work correctly, but mostly not.

Anthing wrong at my end I could correct?
