Problem Downloading - potentially --swfhash related?

What on earth does this mean!! Unfortunately I'm not as tech-minded as some of you seem - this error happens whatever I try to download :( 
I think the problem *may* be something to do with --swfhash but thats all I can understand!
Thanks for any help everyone! Sorry as its my first post here if I do anything wrong..
