Possible solution to the Windows AtomicParsley crashes?

For this one it is definitely the LYRICS tag causing the crash. Seeing
all the line breaks that were being added to the command from the
verbose output I commented out lines 9428 to 9430 of the get_iplayer
script and re-downloaded successfully.
