Run with --verbose, and look for lines that start "INFO: Found mode". In 
this case:

INFO: Found mode flashaudio1: (iplayer_intl_stream_mp3_lo) rtmp mp3 
80kbps stream (CDN: akamai/10)
INFO: Found mode rtspaudio1: (iplayer_intl_stream_mp3_lo) rtmp mp3 
80kbps stream (CDN: akamai/10)
INFO: Found mode wma1: (iplayer_intl_stream_wma) mms wma 128kbps stream 
(CDN: sis/10)

This asset is only available in flashaudio1, rtspaudio1, or wma1. Try 
adding flashaudio1 to your --radiomode.
