The FFmpeg patch was committed on Mar 30th...You can also find daily Win x86
builds from the git repo here, courtesy of "bizzeh":

If you end up with a fully working patched copy of get_iplayer.pl  script,
could you be kind enough to upload it somewhere (rather than a patch only)
for us plain windows
users, incapable of applying the patch...:-(
