The problem is not with the text 'Lav52f.103.0' in the 'encoded by' tag.

bat guano used EasyTag to remove 'Lav52f.103.0' from the encoded by tag,
and that worked. But I found you don't have to remove 'Lav52f.103.0'
from the 'encoded by' tag. All you need to do is make some alteration to
any of the tags e.g. change the title, or delete the title, or add a
title, or change the artist, or delete the artist, or add an artist etc.
