Nick, that's correct.
The name of the executable file in /usr/bin is MP4Box.

The command mp4box -version returns:-
mp4box: command not found

The command MP4Box -version returns:-
MP4Box - GPAC version 0.4.5 (build 33)
GPAC Copyright: (c) Jean Le Feuvre 2000-2005

This is the version that is installed with the Ubuntu Karmic gpac package.
I don't know whether it applies to other Linuxes though.
