Thanks Ed, that has worked... better... with the smaller half-hour news
programme, but I got the repeated warnings for a longer programme @ around
92% complete of about 210mb, after a couple of warnings along the way which
seemed to pick up.

To confirm I located the swfurl in my get_iplayer.pl

"http://www.bbc.co.uk/emp/10player.swf?revision=18269_21576"

And replaced it with:

"http://www.bbc.co.uk/emp/revisions/18269_21576_10player.swf?revision=18269_
21576"
