get_iplayer Digest, Vol 15, Issue 24

I'm getting exactly the same issue - started happening yesterday evening. I
have another PC which seems to work ok (at another location) but I've not
changed either of these. 

It downloads around 15-odd% first time, then restarts and gets to a further
20-something% then bombs with the error "WARNING: Stream does not start with
requested frame, ignoring data..."

Tried using the suggestion from Ed with

"switching to the akamai provided stream works.

ie: --modes=flashvhigh2,flashhigh2"

but get same issues - streaming works fine from the iplayer as does
downloading via their iplayer desktop

I also tried updating to RTMPDump 2.3 to no avail
