Solution for "get_iplayer is not writable" error when doing --update on Windows

See my earlier post about this.

I found it always dying at 83.3%. Double checking though, I appeared to 
have everything. I can't remux the flv to mp4 with ffmpeg - (I don't 
remember the exact error) though the flv plays fine.

I think there may be a problem with the length information from iplayer not 
matching the actual file size.

The flashvhigh version came down fine.
