PS3 video fix FFMPEG 0.5.1 (22140)

This also fixed the PS3 playback issue for me  (reverting back to the 
22140  0.5.1 version of ffmpeg).

The newer versions produce output that the PS3 gets upset with for some 
reason and it has to be transcoded to be compatible.
Not an ideal solution,  hopefully it will be "fixed" by a PS3 update or 
a new version of ffmpeg.
