The original rtmpdump version as downloaded by the get_iplayer Windows
installer was 2.2d. That stopped working around Wednesday.

Tried again with rtmpdump v2.3, no change.

Tried with flvstreamer 2.1c (pre-compiled Win32 binary) and everything
seems to be working.

My script downloads each programme twice (one destined for an iPod touch,
the other an iPad) using flashhigh and flashvhigh modes. Both seem to be
working fine with flvstreamer.
