Failed to stream file

Using my original setup (Recording>Recording Modes*) in WebPVR mManager:
flashaachigh,flashaacstd,flashaudio,flashhigh,iphone,flashstd,flashnormal,realaudio,flashaaclow
I can record NO video at all.
Everything is *Complete*
AArrrgggghhhhh...
Now what???
